HOW HOT IS HOT? - Our Nashville hot powder is made using a blend of spices, so it is not for the faint-hearted.

CAN I ADD “X,Y,Z” TO MY ORDER? - Yes, you can customize your order. However, we keep things pretty simple and we recommend you try everything as is.
DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN OPTIONS? - Yes, we have vegan menu items including vegan chicken and vegan sides. However, we cook all vegan items in the same kitchen & use the same fryers.
DO YOU HAVE ANY GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS? - Unfortunately, not really. We use flour in our kitchen to bread our chicken, and do not have separate fryers for gluten free items. We are working on this though!
WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? - We are open for pick up (via Square) and on delivery apps (Deliveroo, JustEat) from Tuesday-Sunday all day. Our restaurant space is currently open Tuesdays-Saturdays 12-10pm & Sundays 12-9pm.
DO YOU TAKE BOOKINGS? - Both bookings and walk-ins are possible. Head to our booking tab which will open a new page where you can book. If you are booking for a party larger than 12, please drop us a DM on Instagram and we will assist. If you do not have IG, email us on birdandtie@gmail.com
CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR PICK UP? - Yes you can. Click the tab which says 'Order for Pick-Up' which will take you to our square site. There you can schedule an order and pick it up during our normal opening hours, even if the restaurant space is closed.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH? - Both card and cash are accepted at our site.
